Before your initial conversation.
Bookkeeping Check-In, Essentials or Financial Management: which should I choose?
Bookkeeping Check-In (Suivi), from $195/month, checks books you already maintain. Essentials, from $395/month, handles bookkeeping and reconciliations. Financial Management, from $650/month, adds budgets, forecasts and analysis to your team’s books or Essentials. Strategic Direction, from $1,650/month, includes Financial Management. Prices are before taxes and subject to the agreed scope.
My bookkeeping is already handled. Can you help me?
Yes. Numérix can structure budgets, forecasts, indicators and financial review meetings with your accounting team and CPA. Responsibilities are defined in the proposal.
What budget should I allow for Financial Management?
Financial Management starts at $650/month, before taxes, and is added to your bookkeeping: $1,045/month with Numérix Essentials. The indicative range for Financial Management is $650 to $1,100/month depending on the engagement; it is not a price ceiling. Payroll, software and setup work are specified separately. See detailed pricing.
What will I receive each month?
With Financial Management: a management report with commentary, budget variance monitoring, indicators, a cash flow forecast and a Teams meeting to discuss recommendations. The proposal specifies data, deliverables and the schedule.
