¹ Financial Management and Strategic Direction rely on reliable bookkeeping, handled either by Numérix through Essentials or by your team. ² When your team keeps the books, Numérix performs the controls required for financial management based on the responsibilities defined in the engagement.
When relevant, digital file organization, basic administrative automations and a secure sharing environment support service delivery. Custom development is handled as a separate engagement.
What each plan includes.
Bookkeeping Check-In, Essentials or Financial Management: which should I choose?

Bookkeeping Check-In is not a mandatory add-on to Financial Management; necessary checks are already included in the relevant plans. Strategic Direction, from $1,650/month, includes Financial Management. Prices are before taxes and subject to the agreed scope.

A one-time need or a custom project?
Engagements may be billed hourly or at a fixed fee, based on an estimate accepted before work begins.
| Type of work | Rate | Examples of work |
|---|---|---|
| Bookkeeping and administration | $75/hour | Catch-up bookkeeping, occasional bookkeeping, filing and administrative follow-up. |
| Financial control | $110/hour | Budgets, cash flow, variance analysis and management reports. |
| Automation and business intelligence (BI) | $125/hour | Power Automate, Power BI, integrations and advanced Excel models. |

What determines your price.
A plan for a defined scope. We review these factors together before proposing an amount.
Processing volume
Number of transactions, bank accounts, credit cards, employees and entities. Limits are recorded in the proposal.
The state of your records
Periods to catch up, data quality, tools to connect and initial work needed before regular support begins.
Depth of support
Indicators, analyses, projects, cash flow horizon and update frequency. Meetings and support are defined in the engagement.
Tools and collaboration
Software, licences and connectors are specified separately. The schedule depends on receiving the agreed documents and approvals.
If your needs change, we review the engagement together.
Fees are based on the scope and activity level known when the agreement is made. They may be adjusted if volume, complexity or work changes. Each plan corresponds to a volume of work set out in your proposal. If actual volume exceeds it on a recurring basis, or if out-of-scope work is required, additional hours are billed at the previously defined hourly rates.
Any significant adjustment is communicated before it takes effect. Additional work is discussed and agreed before it begins.
The proposal specifies inclusions, exclusions, deliverables, responsibilities, billing terms and engagement termination terms. Plans do not include unlimited meetings, automations or support requests.
Your pricing questions.
Do I pay for Essentials on top of Financial Management?
Yes, if Numérix keeps your books: Essentials ($395) and Financial Management ($650) form a complete service starting at $1,045/month. No, if your team already handles bookkeeping: Financial Management then builds on your records, after a financial health check that confirms data quality.
Is the Strategic Direction price added to Financial Management?
No. Strategic Direction includes Financial Management support within its own starting price. Like Financial Management, it is added to Essentials or to the books kept by your team.
Are there always implementation fees?
Implementation is quoted when setup work is needed. Its estimate is separate from monthly support and depends on the state of your records.
Can I start with a one-time engagement?
Yes. A health check, a cash flow forecast, a budget, catch-up work or an automation may be handled as a separate engagement with an agreed estimate and hourly rate. See one-time projects.
What does monthly Financial Management support include?
An annual budget, a cash flow forecast, budget-to-actual analysis, indicators, a monthly commentary report, a monthly Teams meeting and management recommendations. Bookkeeping is handled by Essentials or by your team. Setup work and limits are defined in the proposal.
Do the plans include corporate income taxes and CPA engagements?
Corporate income tax return preparation, compilation, review, audit and other assurance engagements are not part of the offering presented. Numérix prepares the data and can coordinate communication with the relevant professional.
What commitment period applies?
Duration, billing, revisions and termination terms are set out in your agreement before work begins. Requesting a quote or booking a discovery call creates no commitment.
What does the free call cover?
It allows us to discuss your situation and assess whether a Numérix engagement is appropriate. Detailed analysis or work on your records requires a separate proposal.
