Before getting started.

How does a fractional controller differ from my CPA?

Numérix structures internal financial information, budgets and decision follow-up. Your CPA retains the engagements you assign to them. Communication can be coordinated with your agreement.

Does my bookkeeping need to be up to date?

Yes, financial management relies on reliable data. If catch-up work is needed, we quote it separately before setting the analysis schedule.

How often will we meet?

Financial Management includes a monthly Teams meeting. Strategic Direction incorporates this review and adds more sustained support according to the engagement. Durations, additional meetings and document submission deadlines are specified in the proposal.

Can I start with a budget or an analysis?

Yes. A one-time engagement may be proposed, such as a turnkey annual budget or a 13-week cash flow forecast. Financial control is billed at $110/hour; complex strategic projects start at $140/hour, based on a rate agreed in advance. See one-time projects.
